Not only that, but DECORativ focuses exclusively on the manufacturer closeout deals (basically manufacturer clearance items) which are already placed at an extreme discount to make room for different products.
Combine that with the already low costs of manufacturer-direct furnishings and you get incredible savings far beyond brick and mortar or even traditional internet retail prices.
Will I be charged anything for my DECORativ membership?
Absolutely not - we think everyone deserves a chance at buying great home furnishings at incredibly low prices, without membership fees and without any minimum commitment. You only pay for items you buy when you want to buy them.
Why do I have to become a member?
There are two very good reasons for your membership to DECORativ.
First, so we can notify you of the great sales events that we host on our site. Your membership allows us to keep you updated on the sales events of the day so you don't miss out on tremendous savings.
Second, is so that our sales do not show up on regular search functions as this would have a negative effect for our manufacturers, and therefore, us.
For example, if everyone knew they could save 75% off a particular item by shopping with DECORativ, everyone would buy from us. Good for us, but bad for our manufacturers who rely on dozens if not hundreds of different outlets throughout the world to show and sell their products. By keeping our sales off of search engines, we are able to give you exclusive savings while keeping our manufacturers (and more than a few retailers) happy and in mutually beneficial relationship.

Account FAQ
How Do I Change My Password?
To change your password, click on 'My Account' in the top menu bar. At the top of the page, you will see the fields to change your password. Simply enter a new password and hit 'Update My Password.' Your change will be active the next time you log into DECORativ.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
It's easy to reset your password. Click on 'Forgot Password?' on the home page, enter your email and click 'Submit.' A link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox, but be sure it is not inadvertently sent to your spam folder!
How do I change my billing address?
You can change your billing address at any time by going to 'My Account' and then clicking on the 'My Billing and Shipping' tab. You can add a new billing address by selecting 'Add Address'. You may delete any old addresses by selecting 'Delete' on the address you would like to delete. You can also add a new billing address during the checkout process.
If you entered the wrong shipping address information during checkout, contact customer support by emailing support@decorativ.com to have them make the necessary corrections.
Can I have multiple shipping addresses on file?
You can add as many shipping addresses as necessary during Step 2 of checkout, or you can manage your addresses any time by clicking on 'My Account' and then choosing 'My Billing and Shipping'.
How do I update my payment information?
If you would like to change, add or delete payment information, simply go to 'My Account' and then select the 'My Billing & Shipping' tab, where you are able to update or add new payment information. You may also update or add payment information during Step 1 of the checkout process.
How do I unsubscribe or subscribe to emails?
If you would like to change your email preferences, simply go to 'My Account' and scroll down to the 'Email Preferences' section, where you can see and change your email preferences.
Sales FAQ
How does a DECORativ flash sale work?
At DECORativ we have a unique sales method. First, we have a team of dedicated experts scouting furniture and furnishings expo's, manufacturers, distributors and brands throughout the country and world to bring you an exclusive selection of high quality products, usually at 40-75% off retail. These items then go on sale for a limited time during which you may purchase them directly from the manufacturer. The manufacturer then ships the item directly to you from the factory according to your shipping preferences.
How long does a flash sale last?
Flash sale lengths are set to officially last for a few days and up to a week depending on the type. However, this largely depends on the supply of the product and our members' demands for it. As you know, once a product is sold out, it is gone. We recommend shopping our sales as early as possible as the high demand for some of our products ensures some sales will not last the full sale period.
When do flash sales start?
All DECORativ flash sales start at 9AM Pacific time which allows equal access to members in all Continental US time zones.
How do I learn about flash sales?
DECORativ will email members with newsletters which outline current sales as well as upcoming sales. Simply click on the applicable section of the newsletter to be taken to the flash sale that interests you. Of course you can also check the calendar on the homepage to learn about upcoming sales and featured items as well.
What does it mean when an item is 'On Hold'?
Each sale item has a set amount of inventory. An item is placed 'On Hold' when the last item has been placed in a member's shopping cart, but has not yet been purchased. After ten minutes, if the item has not yet been paid for, the item will automatically be made available again. So if that perfect item is 'On Hold' be sure to keep your eye on it as it may yet become available.
How long can I leave an item in my cart?
Ten minutes is the maximum time you can leave an item in your cart. Once it has been placed in your cart, no other member's can add it to theirs. At this time, however, a countdown begins of ten minutes for you to purchase the item. If this time elapses, all other members will have access to that item. You can however add the item back into your cart with the 'Add' button immediately; unless it is the last item in stock, in which case you will have to wait for a period of two minutes.
Why can I not immediately 're-add' an item to my cart after it has expired?
If the item is the last in stock you must wait for a period of two minutes before you can add the item to your cart again. This is to ensure that our members have the chance to purchase 'hold' items they may be watching. If the item is still available after the two minutes have elapsed, it can then be added back into your cart.
How do I pay for my DECORativ purchase?
DECORativ accepts payment through Paypal as well as credit payments from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can select or add payment options during step 1 of the checkout process or at any other time by going to 'My Account' and then selecting the 'My Billing & Shipping' tab. You can also always pay through the DECORativ Rewards you may have earned from your accepted friend invitations.
Does DECORativ Ship Internationally?
Currently, DECORativ only has the infrastructure in place to ship domestically (Continental United States). However, we are committed to providing people from all over the world with access to our high quality, low priced items and are looking into the best ways of serving members from other countries.
Does DECORativ charge sales tax?
DECORativ only charges sales tax to items shipped in Michigan (where our offices are located), as required by law.
Gift Card FAQ
What is a DECORativ gift card?
DECORativ offers electronic gift cards which can be used on our site to make purchases. You can buy gift cards for $25, $50, $75, $100, $250 and $500 and send them via email to friends and family.
How do I purchase a DECORativ gift card?
1. Visit our gift card page which can be accessed at the bottom of our home page.
2. Select the desired gift card amount.
3. Enter the recipient's name, email address and desired delivery date.
4. Provide payment information for your purchase.
5. Review your order and click the 'Place Order' button to complete your purchase.
How do I redeem a DECORativ gift card?
1. After selecting to purchase something from DECORativ, proceed to 'Checkout'.
2. Enter your gift card code at the prompt and click 'apply'.
3. Your gift card balance will automatically be applied to your order.
Do gift cards expire?
No, DECORativ gift cards do not expire.
What happens if I do not use my entire gift card at once?
If your order total is less than the amount on your gift card, the remaining amount will be available again under the same code for your next purchase.
Returns FAQ
What is DECORativ's return policy?
Under most circumstances, DECORativ does not allow returns due to the fact that all items are 'closeout' items and shipped directly from various factories throughout the world. In the case of manufacturer defect, items can be returned to the manufacturer, but we can not guarantee those items can be replaced or refurbished. If the item can not be replaced or refurbished, we will issue a full refund in the payment method used to make the purchase.
How long do I have to return an item?
If you must return an item due to defect, DECORativ allows 21 days from the date of initial shipping to do so. Items returned shortly after that period may be accepted as well, but only at the sole discretion of DECORativ and the manufacturer involved.
What if my item was damaged in transit?
If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact customer care customercare@decorativ.com and we will help take care of it immediately.
Shipping FAQ
How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery date estimates can be found when selecting your preferred shipping method during checkout.
How do I track the progress of my order?
DECORativ will send you an order confirmation email after you have made your purchase and another when your order ships which will include a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the applicable shipping company's site. You can also click on 'My Account' and then 'My Orders' to reveal the date when your order was made, when it was shipped as well as other important order information.
Why does my package need to be shipped freight?
Freight must be used to ship items over 60 inches or 150lbs.
Can I ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Sorry, but DECORativ does not currently ship to any of these.
